Saturday, and a freebie!!!

I'm so bummed out. My mother's ring lost a stone!!!! - the big stone in the middle, of all of them - I was so upset, it was my Christmas present from my Mom and Dad.

So, I called my mom in a panic, absolutely freaking out. Did you know she laughed at me? Turns out that my ring has a lifetime guarantee, so all I have to do is send it back to them, and they'll fix/replace it. It would have been nice if she had told me that when she gave it to me... It would have saved me a ton of freaking out!!!

Oh well... She wouldn't be my Momma otherwise!

Thanks for all the "congrats" on quitting smoking! It's not been easy, at all. I *used to* smoke mainly due to stress and/or being upset. (It's so cool to be able to say used to!!!) My doctor put me on Chantix (Varenicline) for it - it blocks the nicotine receptors in your brain, so smoking does nothing for you. You don't get your "high" off of 'em. The hardest part for me has been the missing the menthol. Thank goodness that Halls invented Ice Blue cough drops - they give me my menthol fix!

I'm amazed at the response so far for this little design of mine! It's nice to know I'm not the only one out there that likes pretty, shiny things!

(Now if I could only figure out how to make gemstones and/or glitter! It's a good thing my husband knows Photoshop inside and out. He's like the world's greatest (and cutest!) walking tutorial!)

Today's gonna be nuts. Matthew has T-ball photos and a game this morning, and then I really, really, really need to go grocery shopping. Ick. I hate grocery shopping...
