Starz 'N Stripes - CT Layouts

I had been avoiding scrapping photos of my father in law and the boys, just too many memories and wishes of what could have been to get me all upset - well... then I got Kristine's kit Starz 'N Stripes (Red, Blue 'N Gold) to work with. Seeing it made me think of Shannon (all bright and happy, just like him!) so, I got inspired to scrap it!

This is the last photo taken of my FIL, Shannon, and the boys. It's one of those photos that I just look at and remember how happy everyone was that day!

Thinking back, if I had known that Austin would only ever get to actually see his Papa once, he would have gone to see him every single day. It's a shame that he's not going to grow up knowing his goofy 'ol Papa...
