Keepin' my fingers crossed!
I'd like for you to meet my hopefully soon to be new home! I love it. We took a tour of it, and OMG!!!!
We've started the paperwork to get it, and supposedly, we're not going to have any problems getting financing for it.... (So, say the salesmen, anyway!) And it's only $110,000 after taxes, land, and insurance!

Dang - I can't believe I missed this post! Congrats - I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya'!!! Our house was already built (1976) when we bought it, but I was so excited to have "our" house - ya' know!!!!
